Opening a case is the CMA investigating a concern, not a finding that a company broke the law — a closed case may have ended with formal undertakings, or with no action at all. Where a case names a single company we could verify on Trustpilot, we link through to its page below (30 of 114); the rest name a whole sector or market (84of 114) and have no single company page to point at. Historic cases may predate a company's current management or ownership.
